What condition are SECOND CHANCE SALE products in?

The products available in the sale come to us in a number of ways:

  • Discontinued products: These are no longer being offered to retailers but deserve one last chance because they are in perfect condition.
  • Damaged boxes but not the product: These products from our warehouse have damaged packaging but are in good working condition and deserve a home where they can perform their main function.
  • Products not aesthetically perfect but working: Although they aren't perfect, they are still fully functional. It's the beauty of imperfection.

MECHANICS

  2. Register and create an account via https://condura.com/account/register and make sure to opt in to receive email updates on special offers and discounts.
  3. All Condura Class B products are classified as follows:
    3.1 PACKAGING: May or may not include the original box
    3.2 AESTHETICS: May or may not have minor dents or scratches
    3.3 COMPONENTS: No refinements or alterations
    3.4 MODELS: Includes both older and newer units
  4. Once done, you can check out and settle via credit card or debit card.
  5. Once confirmed, we will keep you posted on the delivery schedule:
    Delivery Schedule:
    5.1 3-5 days within Metro Manila
    5.2 .5-7 days to Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas

Warranty Policy Coverage

  • 6 months Warranty:
    • System parts and labor (refrigerant, filter drier, motor relay, & freezer coil)
    • Compressor
    • Plastic parts (freezer door, refrigerator door, door handle, door shelves, rubber gasket, chill tray), tempered glass shelves, crisper, line cord, and other accessories
    • LED lamp
    • Inverter board

No Warranty:

  • Product check-up
  • Plastic parts (freezer door, refrigerator door, door handle, door shelves, rubber gasket, chill tray), tempered glass shelves, crisper, line cord, and other accessories as included in the exclusions in the warranty certificate.

Return Process

  • All items are quality inspected before dispatch. Returns will only be allowed if the unit is proven defective by our authorized service center. Qualified returns can be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt.
