Refund policy

Cancellation, Refund, Return and Warranty Policy

Cancellation Policy. We only allow cancellation within 24 hours upon order. Otherwise, we will process your order accordingly. Order cancellation will not be allowed once we have already processed your orders. This is to prevent any delays in shipment and fraud transaction.

Return and Refund Policy.

1.Replacement or return of products due to a change of mind is not allowed. Only defective products can be replaced or returned. If the product is deemed defective, kindly send an email to CDI at customercare@condura.com or call CDI’s customer care hotline at 8863-5555 and a Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.

2.Returns or refunds will only be allowed if the product is proven to be: defective, the wrong size, the wrong item, missing accessories, or damaged.

3.Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the full purchase price, with original copy of Sales Invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4.For approved refunds without the actual product, refund payment to the customer shall be made within 30 days from approval.

5.For refund requests with the actual product, CDI will notify you of the status of the refund within a reasonable time after the product has been pulled out for inspection.

Warranty Policy.

  1. The warranties with respect to a product are as stated in the warranty certificate accompanying the product.
  2. The warranties, conditions and remedies stated in the warranty certificate of a product are given by CDI in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. CDI and its vendors disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any similar standard imposed by applicable legislation. CDI’s responsibility to repair, replace, or offer a refund for defective units, parts and related items is the sole and exclusive remedy provided for breach of these warranties.

Concepcion Durables, Inc. (CDI) warrants the purchaser that all CONDURA PRODUCTS will be free from defective material and workmanship and agrees to repair or, at its discretion, replace any  defective material with a new or equivalent part through any of its Authorized Service Centers only if found to be manufacturer’s defect and in accordance with the terms of this warranty, subject to the following  conditions: 

WARRANTY PERIOD (from the date of original purchase). There will be corresponding charges for labor and replacement parts after the warranty period.

  • COVERAGE OF WARRANTY. The Condura warranty is also applied to all air conditioner and refrigerators used for business and commercial purposes.
  • LIMITATIONS. This warranty is not transferable, valid only in the Philippines, and does not apply to damage(s) due to fire, improper use or abuse (punctured), force majeure (typhoon, flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.), use with voltage beyond the allowable range of 198V to 242V, or failure to follow operating instructions provided in the manual. If the serial number is removed or defaced, or if the unit has been tampered with, altered or in any way repaired, serviced, or worked on by anyone other than a duly authorized representative or Service Center, this warranty is considered null and void. CDI offers this warranty as the only remedy available to the original purchaser for any defect that may arise within the warranty period. Correction of defects shall be considered as complete fulfillment of liabilities and responsibilities of CDI to the original purchaser. In no event shall CDI be held responsible for any damage or consequence that may arise as a result of using this Condura product.
