I'm satisfied with the costumer service staffs the way they tackled my questions and inquiries and to the technician from the time he pulled out my chest freezer up to the time he returned it to my house from service center. He explained all and well to me from smallest to the biggest details, what to expect including the 3mos warranty repair. So keep it up CONDURA!! God bless you all!
