How long should I wait before I plug in my newly delivered ref?
Let it rest for 3 to 4 hours before plugging in. Set the temperature to coldest and allow the refrigerator to cool for 3 hours before loading food and beverages.
My ref cabinet is hot. Is it normal?
YES. Hot surface on ref cabinet is due to the condenser coil embedded inside. When refrigerator is in “Cooling Cycle” refrigerant or “freon” passes through the condenser tubing which makes the cabinet “hot.
Is it normal to hear hissing sound like a flowing water every time I close the fridge door?
YES. It is the sound of the refrigerant absorbing the “hot air” that goes inside the refrigerator every time you open the fridge door.
Where is Condura ref made?
Condura Ref is locally-made here in our local plant in Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines.
Can you recommend a ref for me?
You can check these articles that we made for you to be able to decide the best ref for you:

How many hours can I use my ref after delivery?
Wait at least three to four hours before plugging-in your refrigerator.
How do I set up the right temperature for my ref?
Setting 1-2: For storing MINIMAL amount of food/drinks.
Setting 3-4: For storing MODERATE amount of food/drinks.
Setting 5 (coldest): For storing LARGE amount of food/drinks and for faster freezing.
NOTE: Applicable for direct cool models only
How many hours before the ice is made?
Without door opening and the temperature is set to coldest, it will take about 24 hours for the water to solidify.
There is an unsual sound in my ref. What to do?
Please note that these may be normal sounds that indicate that your ref is working properly.
1. ""Sizzling Sound"" - This indicates the refrigerant passing through the freezer compartment.
2. ""Ticking Sound"" - This indicates the thermostat control is turning on and off.
3. ""Humming Sound"" - This is the sound of the working motor.
4. “Gurgling / water droplets sound” – This is the vacuum sound effect during opening/closing of door.
Thank you!
There is an ice formation at the back of my ref
Ice formation on ref back wall is normal, that is what we call "Cold wall design" it is the cooling source of ref section.
The ice melts away when the desired temperature is achieved. It is best to always set the temperature control knob properly to avoid excessive ice build-up.
It is also important to defrost when needed.
NOTE: Applicable in Two Door direct cool models only
Why is my ref cabinet hot?
Hot surface on ref cabinet is normal during ""cooling cycle"" it is because of the refrigerant passing thru the system.
Once desired temperature is achieved, compressor will shut off and the heat on ref cabinet will start to subside. It is part of ref’s normal cooling cycle and there's nothing to worry about. Thank you!
What is the proper way of storing items in the ref?
Ref door and cabinet is having moist
It is also recommended that the temperature be set lower during cold weather.
Check if the ref and freezer doors are tightly shut.
The sweat look like condensation on the window of an air-conditioned room on a rainy day.
My ref is automatically defrosting/turning off
